Can’t find my note
Notes was disappeared from my iPhone, I checked all folders but can’t find it. It’s very important for me. Waiting for your answer

If you mean the app itself, you can redownload it. I cannot find a version of this document for iOS 15 so I am assuming nothing has changed: Delete [and restore] built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 14 or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - https://support.apple.com/HT211833
