macboook pro 16 inch motherboard faulty design

I purchased a MacBook Pro 16 inch in June,2020 and after using it for nearly 10 months only its motherboard fails but luckily it was underwarrenty so it got replaced but again just after 6 months of use same issue occurs its terrible faulty motherboard fails and now it is not under warrenty so apple is charging me 90000inr. The money is not a problem but unreliable motherboard design and it has only a warranty of 3months so if it fails again after its second fix do I have to pay 90000inr every 3 months and the apple customer is also terrible. It has not called me since 2 weeks and after I call them they say we will update but they don't. Please help me out apple.

Commercial products, their warranties, and their extended warranties work in a predictable way.


 Warrant-able implies, but does not guarantee, High Quality:


Commercial product makers build high quality products. You can tell because the manufacturer is willing to stand by their products and repair or replace them (but only for defects in materials or workmanship) at manufacturers expense for a stated warranty period.


 For Apple Macs in most countries, that period is one year. That is the total responsibility Apple or any manufacturer has to you under law. Assumptions about additional responsibility of Apple or any other commercial product-maker's products working longer than the warranty period are not accurate. The amount you paid for the product has no bearing on this. The rules are the same for a car costing US$20,000 or more.

Depending on location, statutory protection may also apply. But Genius Bar in those jurisdictions is well versed on such and I've found are very good at working in the context of any such remedies too. It is also true that the amount paid is not relevant to either contractual warranties or statutory guarantees.


Genius Bar is a very good starting point for all such things
