My late fathers iPhone and Mac book

I have my fathers i phone and MacBook who has sadly passed away how can I store all his data and wipe his phones.

My Dad Passed Away My dad passed away last year and as my sisters and I have started to go through his property we have realized he never shared his passwords to get into his computer, phone or Apple ID with us. Is there a way we can gain access to these devices so we can recover any important documents he may have had and so we may get any photos and videos that he had on the devices as these would be memories we would otherwise not have access too.

Can I save data from 2 appleID accounts on my MacBook? My husband passed away and I am looking for information on how to save all the content in his aging iPhone and iPad devices on my MacBook - managing dual IDs so that I can access the data without having to buy new devices to restore the data to. Is this possible?
