Update Iphone to a version older than the current version

is it possible to update my iphone 11 Pro to a version older than the current version?

I would like to install 14.6 so that I can create a family apple card. Do not to update to IOS15 as it will slow down my phone and I do not need all the new features.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Go to Settings/General/Software Update and see what it says. You can only update to what is listed. I’m sure that it will not be 14.6, because there are several very serious security vulnerabilities in 14.6 that were fixed in 14.7, 14.7.1, and 14.8. You may be able to update to 14.8.

On your device, tap:Settings > General > Software Update.

If it says an update is available you will normally only be given one update selection which will be the highest available iOS version supported by your device. However, if you are running iOS 14.5 or greater, or iOS 15 you may see two options. Apple recently announced the possibility of security updates for iOS 14.5 or higher that do not require going all the way to iOS 15. If you aren't running iOS 14.5+ already then you'll probably only be offered iOS 15.
