New iPhone 13 or ios is reintroducing this bug.

Please fix your stuff Apple.

When trying to make a call from recent call list.

I have researched fixes for this and and in the past, clearing network settings and recent call logs was given as a solution.

I would be ideal to not have to clear recent call logs or bother with network settings as this shouldn't be happening again.
