For Apple Music how do I update the billing address?

That’s strange. The Billing address is tied to the Payment Method. That is the address used is the one for the payment method being charged. If you have more than one payment method, then each method will have its own billing address.
Are you sure the charges are being made on the correct payment method and as such reflect the updated billing address?
Have you verified your Shipping Address on https://appleid.apple.com ?
Thank you for trying to solve this issue. I’ve tried it all. Even called! I change it, it reverts back as well as to my old device after removing the old and editing or adding the updates it remains on my payment invoice statement…
I am stumped???
Yes it is strange and I am positive about each payment method address. All have been updated with my new address, except for my Apple Music subscription, that is the one that keeps going back to my old address and old phone after I edit it as well as the payment invoice?? Here’s another odd thing, how about when I make a purchase, I receive the item at my new address?? Thanks again for trying to help.
