When I try to update or open up an app it says Apple ID disabled

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

The link which brought you here, which is at the top of the page as Related Article, tells you to Contact Apple Support. This is a user to user forum, not Apple Support.

Open the link and tap Contact Apple Support (words in blue).
