I’ve been receiving lots of “spam risk “phone numbers and thought that I should consult Apple before my Norton Sec., can the community help?

Calls tagged "Spam Risk" and similar are tagged by your cellular provider either because the calling number can not be verified as legitimate or because that number has been reported repeatedly as a spammer.

It's part of caller ID service provided by your cellular carrier.

Try this...In Settings, scroll down to Messages, then scroll down to toggle Filter Unknown callers and Spam.
