You replaced an iPhone Se but returned it without a SIM card. What is next step?

What is next step- you returned an iPhone se that was sent to you for repair. It came back without the original SIM card and no SIM card actually.

That is because the instructions on sending the iPhone for repair clearly say do not send in accessories or the SIM card. Your iPhone is most likely a service replacement unit. You will need to get a replacement SIM from your cell service provider.
