Air Pods

My air pods don't function properly. My left side stops working after about 30 seconds and the right side doesn't work much longer. I'd like to return them to apple to gain a credit or exchange them for a working pair. Can you help me decide what to do?

Air Pods i would like to make an appointment regarding my air pods pro. They have been acting up. static/noise. The noise cancellation has not been working. Also they do not connect to my phone when phone call comes in. I have to connect manually.

Right Air Pod stopped working I have air pods that have been well taken care of and never dropped. Everything was fine up until a couple weeks ago when the right unit quit working. I have tried numerous times to reset them in the case and repair with no success. They are fully charged and I can only get sound out of the left unit. All balance and volume settings are good and it seems as if this one may have failed. I was hoping that someone may be able to offer me some help. The warranty was most likely over in Dec 2019. I feel this may have happened around the time of an update but I am not sure.
