I believe that my IPhone was sold at a store. Can I report the store if they did buy stolen property. When I first traced it, it was at an apartment. Now it’s showing up at one of those Metro Cell Phone places inside of a FoodTown.

Two Thoughts:
Was Find My enabled? If so, I'd say use Find My, and see if you can lock it.
Text a message to the iPhone, letting whomever know that it's been (supposedly) stollen.
