How to recover a folder after I emptied my trash on MacBook Pro?

I accidentally deleted 1 folder that contains 40-45 GB of important data and it was on my desktop and emptied the trash on the MacBook pro-2019.

What is the best way to recover it?

Then use one of your other backups to restore your 40-45GB folder.

If no backups you will have rethink your strategy concerning your user data.

You can try the "consumer grade" DataRescue5 https://www.prosofteng.com/mac-data-recovery/

or

Other professional data recovery service such as:

Ontrack Data a Professional Data Recovery Service:

 Drive Savers  https://drivesaversdatarecovery.com/

vendors provide free estimates and both are recommended by Apple.

If that folder was on the boot SSD and more than a few minutes have gone by, your data are GONE.

There is no residual on an SSD drive that uses TRIM, as all Apple boot SSD drives do. After a few minutes the blocks are pre-erased for re-use and the block numbers are randomized.. GONE.

If that data was on a Rotating Magnetic drive, the directory entry is gone, but the actual data blocks are not erased, they are simply added to the FreeList for re-use. Any additional activity on that drive allocates blocks that may have contained your data, and that activity may destroy part or all of that data.
