I was getting messages that my iCloud storage was almost full. I had 50GB. So I bought the 200GB plan.
Now, when my iCloud storage graph comes up, it shows I've got tons of room.
BUT---I still get the same "iCloud storage full" message on my phone and my photos are not syncing or uploading to iCloud. Any ideas?

New iCloud Session:
Sign out of iCloud and then sign back in. It all needs to resync.
