MERGING PAGES OR DOCUMENTS INTO PDF

In earlier versions of iOS you were able to combine documents or pages into a PDF according to the individual document number - this feature was very handy when you had multiple pages that had to be combined.  In iOS 15,  pages selected in a specific order even though they have individual numbers combine randomly into a final PDF.  Is there a workaround  to this problem without having to go into the PDF document and manually rearranging pages?
