How do I get a transcript of a call with apple

Short of recording all calls I make to Apple I really don’t like the inference of I being called a liar.

You can request a chat transcript from Apple if you use the chat feature with them instead of calling them.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I had a MacBook Pro 16” 2019 model go dead 2 weeks back. Do you have the same model?
