iphone 7 stuck on apple screen and wont restore.

hi my iPhone 7 has been stuck on the apple screen for a week now, I've gone to restore and update through iTunes but it gets all the way to "restoring iPhone" then a message comes up saying can not restore iPhone, a unknown problem has occurred (2009), i have tried 2 different cables, and made sure my iTunes is up to date, i have tried turning all my firewalls off and its still not working! please help!!!
