I keep getting the error "could not set up cellular" on my iPhone in regards to my watch

I keep getting the error "could not set up cellular" on my Apple Watch. I have erased the watch and reset it, I have removed cell service from the watch app on the phone and it still shows up. I have turned off the watch and the phone and turned them back on. How can i get it to go away? Sometime the error seems to get stuck in a loop and sort of flashes in the watch app.

Hey SquareHammer,

It appears that you're having a problem setting up a cellular plan on your Apple Watch. Good job on the troubleshooting steps you've used, and we're glad to provide assistance.

Set up cellular on Apple Watch - Apple Support -- Review the information and the links under "Before you start" to make sure everything is correct.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support -- Unpair/erase your Apple Watch again. Then set it up again without using a backup to set it up. See if you're able to set up your cellular plan afterwards.

If you’re still receiving that message, please reply to this post with the answers to the following questions:

Which model of Apple Watch are you using, and the model number (Identify your Apple Watch - Apple Support)

Did you purchase this Apple Watch from a 3rd party?

Let us know how that goes.

All the best.

Hello, Thank you for your quick reply. This all started when I tried to set up a cell plan with the carrier Visible, a division of Verizon. It could not be set up for some reason. Because of this, I wanted to remove the cell plan from my watch. Tried to go through help with Visible but they were no help. The first step I tried was to "remove cell plan" with no luck. To answer some of your questions: I purchased this new. It is model NTUW2LL/A Series 4. I have already unpaired the watch, deleted and reset the watch as new. And I still get this error on a daily basis. I am running the most current iOS on both the watch and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Thanks again for your help.
