Copy/Paste not working right after iOS 15 upgrade

Since upgrading to iOS 15, copy and paste doesn’t work properly. Verification codes, etc., paste in as garbage. Is this a bug? Anyone else seeing this?

Although it’s good exercise for my brain to remember verification codes to paste elsewhere, it’s sort of annoying!

Power off the phone and turn it back on after an update like this,

I haven't seen this on ios15

After that look to VPNs, many of which will no longer work on 15
