Apple ID balance
Hi
I need to change the country of my apple ID account and it says I have to spend that 0.01dollar balance I have left before I can do that.
Could you please help
Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
