The icloud tabs function simple disappeared.
All of my devices has this problem (m1 macmimi, iphone 11pro, ipad pro).
and yes every OS is up to date
and yes the safari is active in the icloud settings
and yes i use the same Apple ID on my devices
Looks like it is a bug. Any workaround of this?

Okay it is working again. I did few things:
Than i turned back everything...and surprise, the icloud tabs working again!
I don't know witch step or step combination is helped, but this was the solution for me.

It looks like you've used iCloud in the past on these devices and you'd still expect to see them. Since you're not, can you think of any changes you made to your devices before they disappeared? Check out these steps to make sure things are set correctly right now: Set up and use iCloud Tabs
If you continue to have issues with it after that, Contact Apple Support for additional help.
