Smart cleaner application

Why that application even I don’t have it in my phone Coz was unstalled that app It’s weeks ago already unstalled then I was shocked yesterday coz automatically paying from my mobile account. ? Why I pay that application if I don’t even use and I don’t have that application in my phone . That’s unfair coz I pay that ******* application even I don’t use it. Looks like I pay for nothing! I want to Refund my money from that application automatically to get money from my mobile account . To my gcash account
