Breathe app on Watch disappeared after the last update (8.0) and early morning notifications started

The early morning is haptic at 4 and 5 am. It didn't happen prior to the update.

The Breathe app is still missing after restarts I have restarted my Apple Watch and IPhone at the same time to restore the Breathe app. iIt didn’t work. I have the HeartWatch app controlling/measuring respiration during sleep. Is this other app causing the disappearance of the Breathe app? .

Breathe App The Breathe app disappeared after I upgrade my Apple watch to 8.4.2. I found it under the new “mindfulness” app.

The breathe app is called mindfulness now.
