Iphone 13 Camera
Why is it that after taking a photo or video, it appears blurry for about a second in the camera roll before returning back to the normal quality?

If you go to Settings -> Photos -> Is the option Optimise iPhone Storage ticked?
If so I think this may be the case - Photos aren't stored on your phone but instead uploaded to iCloud so this is dependant on WiFi/mobile data connection
