AirPods Pro replacement

Hey guys, so I recently lost my airpod case and the left airpod and I went ahead and ordered replacements for both. Yesterday I got a package for the left airpod pro, but I didn’t get one for the charging case itself. And on my repair status page it says “SVC, Airpod pro, left, replacement” and that’s the repair details for when my package was delivered. I don’t see one for the charging case it self because I did pay for both the single airpod and the case. I don’t know if this is normal?,but I need some help.

Not sure where you’re based but I ordered a replacement case 3 weeks ago. Was told it would take 2 days to arrive. Still no sign of it. When I contact Support they say “we don’t know when you’ll get it and you’ll just have to keep asking us about it”. So maybe you’re in the same boat and they just haven’t bothered to tell you.
