Unrecognised charge

So I couldn’t download Disney plus without linking my bank card, I paid for Disney plus online without the use of the App Store or anything. Once I linked my card to download Disney instantly $35 was taken from my bank account. I had not purchased anything even my purchase history shows that. And Apple won’t reply to me, I try sending a message in chat won’t work try calling nothing did a request refund nothing (had to click an old purchase for that) I have all the proof they need if they would just reply to me.
