Apple Mail case sensitive filter

In Apple Mail, I want to filter messages into a folder if they contain ASN (upper case), but not asn (lower case). As it is, messages containing words like "wasn't" or "hasn't" get moved to the target folder. Can I make a case-sensitive message filter rule? I'm using Big Sur OS 11.6.

From the Terminal you can determine if your Drive is formatted as case sensitive, copy and paste:

echo -n This file system is case->tmp; echo -n in>>TMP; echo sensitive>>tmp; cat tmp
