how to answer a question

I occasionally see that I can answer a question, but always find that the reply box is greyed out. Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

Make sure you are logged in and you aren't trying to answer a question that is archived.

Unable to reply to response of question posted Hi, I posted a question and got a reply. I am unable to respond. When I write the response and try to post it keeps saying “unable to post try back later” and says I timed out and have to sign back in. I do and get same message. Aggghh.
