Hi,
i forget my old iCloud password and I cant login in.
however to confirm phone number that’ ends with 34.. I don’t have that number anymore

You have not mentioned how was the Apple ID account created ( with Two factor authentication or set up with secondary authentication ) , if you remember the Apple ID address and forgotten the password and device is lost see the article How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
