My Facebook account has been hacked

how can I recover my Facebook acct? I’ve deleted it as well as several others. I’ve went Facebook.com for help and much of the text is in Chinese. I did manage to get into one of the Fake acts and saw some into it from another state.

I really would like to have my old acct back but is working.
