it’s not letting me download the update and i don’t know why. im on wifi, my phone is plugged in, i have enough storage. it just doesn’t make sense.
how can i fix this so i can get the update?

The one other possible cause you didn't mention is do you have a VPN installed (or many ad blockers are VPN based)
