So I fixed my iPhone X screen but when I go to camera and flipped to the rear camera, it doesn’t seem to work but only the front camera works. I’m on iOS 15 and can anyone explain what’s going on?

Take your phone back to whomever replaced the screen and have them examine the internals of your device for any inadvertent damage done in replacing the screen.
Who replaced your screen exactly? If you did it yourself, you couldn't have installed an authentic Apple screen as Apple doesn't sell parts. And you likely messed up your phone. If you paid a 3rd party to replace the screen they too couldn't have put an authentic screen on your phone, again they can't buy authentic parts. Either way, if you or a 3rd party replaced the screen, you have forfeited any support from Apple. Either take it back to the service who replaced the screen or find an iFixit kind of place and see how much they may charge you to try to fix it. If they can't, you'll be buying yourself a new phone.
