I purchased my MacBook Pro 2017 from prior employer, and trying to make more space available so I can upgrade OS as need per prior question. I have removed all I can find but in the menu it shows the majority of space is used by "Other Users" as only have 78 GB available. I don't know what or who this is or how to find on my system.

"Storage: I think this is over my head as I see two Admin's and a Guest user and several groups. Appreciate you assistance, but thinking I may need to take it in to have it fixed by a Mac tech such as yourself. Thanks again!"

How Many Users?:

Find out how many users there officially are on your Mac. If there are other users, then simply trash them. Once all are deleted....

Use a New Administrator:

Export what is needed, and then create a new administrator. Once created, log in to the new administrator, import items into the new administrator, and then trash this and all other users. Doing so may require a password. So, see if you can do this.
