Syncing problem

I can’t get my MacBook Pro and iPhone 8 Plus to sync

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

Can you explain more about what happens when you try? Is the iPhone being detected but the computer at all? We see you mentioned your computer is on MacOS version 10.13. On this version, you'll want to check Finder for your iPhone after connecting it. See the below article for instructions.

If it doesn't seem like your computer is detecting the iPhone at all, first try another USB cable if you have one available. Otherwise, the below article may assist. '
