how do i retrieve old iphone backups on icloud

I want to restore my phone to the backup on Sep. 19th, but the only two backups on my iCloud are the ones on Sep. 21st and Sep 27th. How can I find and restore my old backups?

Whatever you see on your device are the only backups available.
