Call Notifications not silenced on Focus Mode

We understand that you're looking to disable call notifications when in your Work Focus option. When you select the Set Up option for Work, there is a section called Allowed People for Notifications. There is an Other People option that shows Calls From: Everyone, or you can set that to other options like No One, Favorites, All Contacts, and more. That is the setting that you want to adjust to allow people to contact you or no.

You can revisit this setting by selecting the Work Focus and tapping on Calls From.

Same problem. Calls still get through when using "Do not Disturb". Calls to apple support made it work when the apple person had control of my phone. Once they hung up, it did not work again. I have been using Apple products for over 10 years and this is a new one.

Basically I just want to set my phone not to make a sound during a certain period like I did with the old application but that it not possible with the new application. It will ring once or twice and the other person calling just gets voice mail but it still wakes me up, same thing with messages.

Just give us back the old "DO NOT DISTURB" application from OS14.8. it worked perfectly, not sure why they changed something that worked to something that does not work??????

Given what you are describing and that this is specific to social media, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support so that they can look into this with you.
