update to ios 15, stuck on hello screen, activation failed

Hi,

I have an IPhoneX that used to have my old TMobile SIM Card, i just updated it to IOS 15, but i ended up stuck in the new 'Hello' screen. And my Mac showed Activation Failed, the Iphone 'IphoneX' cannot be synced. Received and unexpected response from the device.

Any ideas, what do i need to do, i have tried to downgrade to IOS 14.8, or re-upgrade to IOS 15, but stuck with same problem.

What does it have now? It must have an active SIM with service in order to activate a phone from the Hello Screen.

Is the phone locked to TMobile?

Not sure why it went to the Hello Screen unless you used a Restore option or the phone was a pre-owned jailbroken one.
