Screen Issue iPhone 13

I received my iPhone 13 yesterday and everything beside a few iOS 15 related bugs everything works fine.

In the evening i noticed a weird issue with color accuracy. If the Screen brightness is between about 15% - 20% the colors of the whole OS are getting really bright and offset. (like high contrast mode with a color filter activated) Changing the brightness fixes it immediatley. I am on the latest Software Version, multiple times restarted my iPhone and changed the wallpaper. So far the issue doesn‘t dissapear. Are you experiencing somerhing similar? Is ist Software related or could my display panel be faulty?
