Is Live Text feature compatible with iPhone 7?

Updated iPhone 7 to iOS 15. Initially Live Text feature on camera worked, but now not working. What can be the reason?

Use Live Text and Visual Look Up on your iPhone - Apple Support

You need a newer iPhone model to use it.
