Blue stains on screen

I just got a brand new macbook pro m1 yesterday, and today I tried cleaning the screen with some wet tissues. After I did that, these blue mark sort of things appeared on my screen and are visible in light or when the display is off. How do I get rid of them?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

A determining factor would chemicals & liquids contained in 'Wet Tissues.'

Apply sparsely, any spray or liquid carefully, to the clean microfiber cloth;

so nothing actually wet gets into portable mac; a little can be too much.

"To clean the Screen on your MacBook, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air, first

shut down the computer and unplug the power adapter. Dampen a soft,

lint-free cloth with water only, then use it to clean the computer's screen."

"To clean hard-to-remove smudges, you can moisten the cloth with a 70-

percent isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution."

A few mac-centric product resellers have non-destructive screen cleaners.

..an Example from one; may be useful on quality displays & high-cost optics..

• Photodon® Ultra Screen and Lens Cleaner

(reseller specializes in various display protectors, cleaners, & related products)

[Use 'microfiber cloth' slightly damp with water. If is dust present, don't rub it in.

Washable 'quality' microfiber cloths, should be carefully laundered before reuse]

My recommendation still is genius service inspection & official opinion/options.
