I got a new iPhone and I can't delete my old one from the heath app and this is not letting me sync to another app that I have. I've tried to delete it but it doesn't give me an option to remove my old phone.

Thank you for your help. However, when I tap the profile pic on the RH side, there is no listing for "devices." My new iPhone is a model 11.
Tap your profile [Profile Pic on top RH side] > Devices > Delete > Delete All data from <this iPhone>
How can I delete my old iPhone from the health app?
