AirPod pros case button not working

I cant get my old pair of AirPod pros to connect because when it prompts me to hold the button I do but nothing happens. I tried resetting them but I can’t do that either for the same reason. The button doesn’t seem to work

AirPod button not working Hi! My AirPods don’t seem to be working. They do flash yellow or green whenever I charge or fully charge, but whenever I try and connect them to my device, by clicking the button on the back of the case, it usually flashes green and my AirPods make a sound. However, it does not seem to do that anymore. I tried cleaning my case and the charging jack, but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have any advice? :(

Left AirPod not working, put it in the case and it blinks green My left AirPod is not working. When I put it in the case it blinks green. It only blinks when I put the left one in. How can I fix this? I’ve tried resetting them multiple times and it is still not working

This sounds to be a hardware fault, I'd recommend contacting Apple Support:
