if i add family member to my i-cloud share, how the privacy of each member is maintain, is any one can browse the data of other in icloud

When using Family Sharing to share your purchases and iCloud storage, each family member should have their own Apple ID. If everyone has their own account, they will not be able to access any data stored in iCloud. You can also choose to keep your purchases private if you'd like.
