Maps guides missing

Maps guides missing

I updated to iOS 15 and now all my map guides are missing. Any way to get them back?

Hi

I had the same problem, and the root cause was that after the upgrade Maps was disabled in iCloud options.

settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> maps

After enabling it again my personal guides reappeared.

Thank you, that was it. I had to click on the “More” link to find them in maps after I turned Maps back on in iCloud.

I live in central USA. I have all the features as far as I know. None of my previous marked locations are in map guides.
