How do you download songs in an unprotected format???

Hello,

I need to download songs as AIFF or MP3 so that I can enter them into Disco.ac's platform (which I use for work).

Right now, while I've changed my download preferences in the settings, when I try to convert files or download them, it won't allow me to - they only stay in M4P which cannot be streamed.

If anyone can help with this, I'd appreciate it!

Nat, Two options:

  1. Purchase the tracks from the iTunes Store. (These will be unprotected AAC/256 files. They are not the same as the Apple Music subscription tracks.) Buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
  2. Purchase the tracks from a download store that sells in MP3, such as Amazon, Beatport, BandCamp, etc. Download the MP3 and add to your iTunes/Music library or other platform.
