My logic pro x won't update

hello friends. I purchased Logic Pro x in April of 2019. It has been working perfect until up a month ago. Today I finally decided to check my Logic Pro version history, turns out I'm about 3 versions behind at 4.8. When I went ton update logic it failed!. It tells me that my logic was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID (no way). Ive only ever had one Apple ID, and I most definitely have never refunded logic. How am I supposed to fit this problem? I can't continue to use this old version of logic? how do I get my logic up to date?

Hi,

Any chance that it was installed with an account associated with a "Family Sharing" account?

Go into the App Store and Menu -> Store : View My Account you should see all your purchases. Look for Logic Pro...

If it is missing contact Apple App Store support to resolve the issue. Note: If by chance you have an email receipt from Apple for the purchase it can expedite the resolution.

Hope this helps.

Don
