Help with formatting for Keynote for a public lecture

I am creating a public lecture and wanted to know two things: How do I create a consistent font for each slide (example I am using Book Antiqua at 4o points ) and wanted to know how I maintain this without having to change it manually for each slide?

Is there any issue with exporting a keynote presentation to another Mac user? (eg will formats and images be maintained?)

Hi there LesleyEllen,

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're asking how to choose a font for your entire Keynote presentation, rather than for individual slides. We're glad you're here, and we're happy to provide some guidance.

To begin, you can follow the steps in this link to set a default text box style:

Add text in Keynote on Mac

Next, you have the option of creating a custom theme with your preferred font and text size that you can apply to your presentation. Learn how here:

Create and manage Keynote themes on Mac

Also, you may find this information helpful:

Change the font or font size in Keynote on Mac

We hope this provides some clarity about how to set different fonts for your presentation in Keynote on your Mac. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
