Confusion on shipping back trade in phones

My wife and I have just traded in our I-Phones for the new I-Phone 13Pro. So yesterday 2 boxes arrived for us to send the phones back. However my wife and I had diffent models (one is I-Phone 11 and the other is I-Phone 11 Pro) to send back. The 2 boxes sent do not indicate which phone goes into which box. I am very concerned that we wil get less trade in value if the correct phone is not placed in the correct return box. My wife is on a trip overseaes. I asked her if the email confirmation Apple sent to us had any reference numbers of any kind that might indicate this. But she said it wa a very generric emial without such numbers. Who at Apple can hlep me? This is time sensitive !!!

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

When you peel off the top label that is addressed to you, there is a shipping label underneath for sending the device back to Apple.

The shipping label underneath includes the serial number of the device you are shipping back.
