If you go to Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions and you don’t see it, and you also don’t see an app for that amount when you go to the App Store, tap on your icon at the top right and look under Purchased, most likely either your credit card or your Apple ID has been compromised.
Or you share an Apple ID with someone who made a purchase.
The first two Ad Astra subscriptions: 7,99+19,49 total 27,48 USD. Apple will frequently combine purchases made in the same billing period into a single charge. You should have received an email receipt showing this.
Tap on each of the subscriptions and there should be a cancel button. That will not result in a refund; you must also request a refund after canceling. See the link posted by frazzm737 to get to the cancel and the refund links.
