My new iphone 13 max wont let me set up using iCloud or by connecting to my current iphone 11 using my apple ID

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Just got my phone and did the transfer. it is telling me I need to login into my apple id, but it wont allow me. I have changed my password 5xs and it just times out and wont allow me login. So I am not able text anyone, it keeps telling me to login but it wont.

I am trying to setup my new iPhone 13 Pro Max from iCloud backup of my iPhone 12 but the setup is not allowing me to select the back I was to use to setup the new phone...how can I do this?

All it does is buffer....no error messages.

I'm having the same problem with my son's phone that I just upgraded. My other son got his to work. While I was at work. I'm not sure how he did it.

I have new iPhone 13 pro max and moved info from iPhone 11 pro everything moved except my phone number. Now I can't use new phone with number still attached to my 11 pro
