I can't sign out of my deleted Apple ID

I accidentally deleted my old Apple ID without signing out of it first and now every time I try to sign out, it asks for the password of the old account(which I give) but then says "Cannot find this person". I can't even factory reset my iPhone now. What do I do?

From the article below. There isn't anything you can do.

  • Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.
